TERMS AND CONDITIONS
With the purchase of the ticket you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Our place is open Tuesday-Friday from 14:00 to 22:00 and Saturday-Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00, which may vary depending on seasonality and private events. Visitors of INDOOR accept these House Rules by purchasing a ticket and/or entering the area.

1. The INDOOR entertainment center is available to people over 16 years.
2. The maximum number of people in INDOOR is 200 at a time.
3. Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN in the entire area of INDOOR!
4. It is strictly FORBIDDEN to bring animals into the area!
5. It is FORBIDDEN to bring sharp, stabbing, metal and glass objects to the area!
6. It is FORBIDDEN to bring food and drinks into the area! Food and drinks can be bought, and consumed in the designated areas!
7. You can use objects placed on the playing field at your own risk.
8. Any damage to INDOOR property will result in you paying the repair and/or replacement fee.
9. The visitor owes full responsibility for accidents resulting from improper use and its consequences.
10. Damage to any decoration, theft of objects will result in criminal proceedings.
11. Cameras capable of recording are installed in the area of INDOOR. The handling of recordings is regulated by the GDPR.
12. Photo and video materials taken in the area of INDOOR belong to the operator. INDOOR is free to use them. The visitors accept that they may not make any subsequent financial claims in connection with the recordings made in this way.
13. Non-compliance with the rules and unacceptable behavior – rudeness, uncultured behavior - deliberate endangerment, entails exclusion from the territory.
14. The use of the cloakroom is mandatory! We do not accept any responsibility for any personal property that is brought to the INDOOR venue.
15. We are unable to refund the full or partial amount of tickets after leaving the reception.
16. Always write an email about an expired ticket and attach the ticket! We can extend the voucher by 1 month if the request and the ticket are sent to our email address before the expiration date. If the ticket has already expired within 1 month and you inform us of your intention to use it, you can use it for 3 months by paying half of the current ticket price upon arrival. We cannot extend a ticket that has expired for more than 1 month.
